Now I can see why you liked your FX. Having driven mainly passenger & sports cars in my life, this has been my first SUV Crossover experience. First off, let me just say I love my FX, drives like a sports car, has wonderful amenities, and still gives me the versatility to carry more passengers or larger items I couldn't get in my previous vehicles. If gas wasn't so damn expensive, I think I'd be driving around a lot more than I do.

As for my experience with Infiniti of Scottsdale ... Again, a really pleasant experience. I actually asked a question on the Internet just fishing around, since I'd been looking for a new car for about 2 weeks. I'd driven everything, all trucks, extended cabs, SUV's, you name it. The FX was the last car on I was curious about. About 20 minutes after my Internet inquiry, Bryan Nelson called me and setup and appt. for me the next morning.

Bryan was extremely helpful and very patient. We test drove 4 different FX packages, looked at several different packages and models, spending the better part of a Saturday, just getting a better feel for the vehicle and options. Everyone there was actually very helpful, without applying any pressure, (not that I'm the type of guy to cave in...) I of course worked with Bryan, however Mal stopped by asked about my experience, Amir and yourself. Everyone was very helpful, congenial and sincere about their experiences with Infiniti. The car market much like the rest of the economy isn't where I'm sure everyone would like it to be, but nevertheless, Bryan never pressured me about getting into a vehicle, which was nice.

I did finally lease a 08' FX35, and the service dept. even worked late on Sat. afternoon to swap out chrome for the stock alloy wheels. Unfortunately for the service crew, they broke a center cap and cracked another, not to worry, I was assured to have the part replaced in a few days. Not only did I have the center caps replaced, but Bryan took the center caps and met me at a location much closer to my home, after he got off work and replaced the center caps personally. Saved me a lot of time and hassle, since your showroom is not exactly close to my house. That's what I call going above and beyond to provide a satisfying customer experience!!! Thanks again Bryan!

I will definitely recommend Scottsdale Infiniti to friends! On a side note, I live very close to Pinnacle Infiniti, and I stopped in prior to contacting Scottsdale Infiniti. I was dressed in a tee shirt, flip flops and cargo shorts, it's Arizona for heaven's sake. I couldn't even get someone to wait on me, let alone, pay attention to someone who was most obviously "low-class". Funny I dressed the same way during my visit with you folks and was treated like royalty. Funny how that goes...
